Former 'This Morning' Hosts Had Been Married Since 2007
TV broadcasters Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford have announced that they are to divorce after 14 years of marriage.
A spokesperson for the couple confirmed the news, saying: "After much soul searching, Eamonn and Ruth have decided to divorce. They have shared almost 20 years of marriage and during that time they have built a strong foundation for their family."
The couple have been together for more than 20 years and have three children together. They married in 2007 and have been a regular fixture on breakfast television for many years, presenting 'This Morning' together.
Holmes was previously married to Gabrielle Holmes, with whom he has three children. They separated in 1994.
The news of their divorce comes just days after Langsford spoke of her fears that Holmes may never walk again unaided.
